Kiaran is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who provides therapy, assessment and capacity building psychology services. She works with people of all ages, either in-person from rooms in Hove or via secure video calling where appropriate.
Kiaran can assist with the management of stress, distress and a range of mental health needs and draws on a variety of approaches to tailor an approach to best suit the unique needs of each individual client.
Kiaran also provides capacity building supports to children, teens and adults with self-managed or Plan-managed NDIS Plans. She enjoys helping clients with effective coping, emotional regulation, independence, problem-solving and protective behaviours.
Kiaran can conduct respectful, neuro-affirming assessments with older children, adolescents and adults interested in exploring whether they may be neurodivergent.  Kiaran is an accredited diagnostician meaning her reports can be used to access supports via Autism SA and to apply for NDIS access where applicable.

Kiaran has a particular interest in supporting people of all ages (infants, children, teens, adults and families of all forms) to navigate complex trauma, including the implications for attachment, emotional regulation, behaviour, development, mental health, relationships and parenting capacity. She can assist with trauma processing and trauma-related mental health needs; skill-building for managing big emotions and behaviours; using a collaborative and proactive problem solving approach to challenges being encountered; understanding and processing life story work; supporting families of all forms to work together effectively to process traumas and strengthen child-parent relationships (e.g. Child Parent Psychotherapy, dyadic therapy, attachment-focused work etc); and promoting parents' ability to develop and maintain a safe, attuned, and trauma-informed approach to parenting.

Kiaran is also a Board-Approved Supervisor able to provide peer supervision and supervision to registered psychologists working towards clinical endorsement.
